Description of the class

Izzy is a co-founder of Transcendance and has put together a vibrant, uplifting and groovy class. Izzy's classes follow the Transcendance structure including a check-in and reflection. Class consists of a complete warm-up to ensure we are taking care of our bodies and preventing the possibility of an injury, followed by learning the foundations of Contemporary and Hip Hop Styles. Izzy has combined her love for hip hop/commercial and contemporary dance to bring you a confidence-boosting class, full of choreography that anyone can enjoy.
